Excruciatingly Close.

redvneck

It is ridiculous that this thing isn’t finished yet. Completely ridiculous. This should have been a 3 week sweater, at best, and here I am, coming up on 2 months. For the last 3 weeks, all it has needed is 3/4’s of a sleeve. I’ve been run around crazy busy, and I love that, but I keep thinking if I had pushed just a wee bit harder, I could be wearing this today. On the day it’s cold and crappy and snowing here in April. Boo.

I’m also needing to start my next project, which you’ll see, and that needs to be done by about June. I’m also crocheting potholders for Adrian and Maritza’s Hotpads and Pot Holders Swap. Because I’m apparently a nutter.

Sadly, by the end of the day, all I want to do is sit. I’m betting my motivation will come back with the good weather. Summer, pls hurry, thx.

Shop Stuff-
*I am currently taking renewals for the Vesper Sock Yarn Club, for Spring, with new spots opening this evening, around 8pm EST or so.
* New mitten kits will be up on Saturday, time TBD
* These beauties will be available tomorrow, and I’m very excited about that!
* And one last thing, I recently and my blog and cart programs upgraded, which was so much needed, I can’t even tell you. I’m going to be doing some tinkering soon, so if things are a little wonky, that’d be the reason

I’m doing the potholder swap too, but I don’t think I’ll even get to look at anything other than patterns online for at least 2 weeks! It’s amazing how easy it is to become hugely busy!
