SomeBody NEEDS a Home!

Hello knitters of the world! I have a favor to ask…..

This little fella needs a home. He came to me as a stray. Litterally. This cat lived in my neighborhood, and never ever came when i called him. Until the other night when it was butt-ass cold. I saw him, and called to him, and he came right over. He decided he’d had enough of the street life, and wanted a home. I was more than happy to help. I never intended to keep him, and now, as it turn out I can’t keep him.

This little guy tested positve for FIV. That’s the feline version of HIV. I already have 4 cats, so he’s been living in the spare room. He’s soooo cool people! He’s very affectionate, and eats like a horse. He is litterbox trained. He currently has all his shots, and will be neutered next week. I’m asking everybody. If you live in the mid-east or east, I live in pittsburgh, I will arrange to get him to a good home. He deserves it.
He needs to be in a single cat, or cat with FIV environment. There is a shelter in town that’s good at placing FIV cats, but they’re full at the moment. He’s on the waiting list, they won’t euthanize him just for being FIV positive.
If you, or someone you know will love him and give him a good home, please get in touch!

Oh, I wish I could take him. Really, really I do. We have two already and they’re negative, so I can’t. Good luck finding him a home.

He’s adorable. I hope you can find him a good home. Not here, though, as I already have a cat.

Oh, I sure hope someone takes him — you can just tell how sweet he is! I have two non-FIV cats or else I’d consider it….

I wish you the best in this!

Julia, I’ll see what I can do. I can’t take him, I have two males who test negative and who also need attitude adjustments as it is…both were strays who came to stay. Breaks my heart!

I live in Butler, maybe we can find a good home for him. I’ll let you know!

    Peace,

He has a great face and is so precious. I hope you find a home for him. At this moment my cat is trying to lay on my computer and help me type. I found your blog through Lynda – GORGEOUS socks and yarn. I’m a newbie sock knitter and would totally loose it if anything or anyone destroyed my sock. I’m impressed with your restraint!
