My own handspun, “Seared Retinas”dyed by Funky Carolina,
and received in a swap between the two of us.
Yup, it’s Wednesday, and that means a Shop Update. Plenty of yarn in stock, in both my signature self striping, and there’s also alot of variegated.
This Wednesday’s update gets a proper post, because I expect to hit another shop milestone this week. That would be my 2000th order. !!! I can hardly believe it, in almost half the time it took to build up to the 1000th order, which was achieved last November, if I remember correctly.
To mark that occasion, I gifted that awesome lady (Hi Terri!) with custom dyed handspun sock yarn. This time will be no exception!
To my lucky 2000th customer, I will send 4oz of Handspun Superwash Merino sock yarn, dyed to their specs, to knit a completely unique pair of socks, that might pattern a bit like these.
This stuff is fun to knit with too, I’m working on a mountain of roving for myself!
So get over there, check it out, and Good Luck!
Wow! That turned out great! I’m not usually drawn to the bright colors but you really knocked it outta the park. I hope that it knits up into some lovely socks. 🙂
I like the colors in the Seared Retinas. I firmly believe that socks can be any color under the rainbow and still be great fun. Probably because I think socks are the fun part of the wardrobe.
I love the handspun. Congrats on another milestone!
That skein would make an absolutely amazing pair of mittens, if the weight and yardage were right. It’s so cheerful, it’s just what you need to see on a bleak winter day! 🙂
ohhh it’s sooo pretty!
gorgeous! congrats on the milestone , that’s huge!!
so the above link with my name is not mine ! not sure what happened!
You spin so beautiful!
oh my gosh. I can’t believe I was out of town when you put up striping halloween colors. Will there be more this week? 🙂
