Totally gorgeous day here in Pittsburgh Pa, USA. Way better than the miserableness of last saturday. Stupid rain. Also the first Saturday off from the regular job. Feels Good, but that doesn’t mean I’m not working today. I’m off to a shoot in Green County. Don’t ask how to get there, I couldn’t tell ya, but I will be Knitting on the way up (or Down?) The shoot is for promo photos and album work for these guys, who I’ve done much work for in the past.

I feel like there’s so much to catch up on, since I just started blogging. I’ve gotten a major case of startitis in the last month, so there’s like, 6 new projects on the needles. I think I’ll pick two to actually finish. I’ll post with photos later.

Yesterday was an all day non stop dye-a-thon. Lots and lots of Vesper Yarn to go around. Now I just have to wind it into skeins…… oy.

So finally, after months of reading other knitters lovely blogs, the fantabulous Missa has set me up with my own!
I can ramble for as long as I like, about fiber, and knitting, and how obsesed i am, and people will get it! No more, “Gauge? Dyelot? a-wha?” Nice. Very Nice. Makes me happy.

So , little update on the Vesper yarn thing, I just sent an order off to kpixie, so it should be up in a couple of days. I’ll also be dyeing up a whole lot this weekend. I’m working on updating the Knitterly Things site, in my spare time, of course, while trying to ignore the manic drop everything, knit at will impulse I always get when things need to get done. So. Be patient sock knitting lovers, I’m dyeing as fast as I can!
