Your socks look great! I love your heel.
I would like to try the heel myself.
Where can I find instructions?

Thanks!

Googling shor-row heels, I found your post and was fascinated. I just finished a doll sized version. It is quite unique and lovely. It incorporates the best of the gusset and short-row shapping. Yours may become my new favorite heel. If you write up a pattern for distribution it could create a watershed amoung sock knitters. Give it a great name. You'll become famous. Best!

You were right, your new heels are way better. So, Libras like matching stuff? Man, that explains so much. I guess I'm not just crazy! I like everything to match or go together, and things should go in order. I just can't read book two first or see part two of something first. Lucky you for the sock pal goodies. Those socks look really soft.

Ok, gotta ask - I'm not trying to be an idiot (but I might be succeeding) - how do you go from gusset increases to decreasing short rows? Somewhere in there you have to wrap them to start with, right?

(confused)

Yep. You lucked out, all right. Those are GREAT socks! And the bag and needle roll are icing on the cake. :-)

That's an intriguing heel method, too. I wonder if you could do the same thing top-down?
